RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will be pleased to offer you a full refund or exchange, providing your item had not been worn, washed or altered in any way and in its original condition within 14 days of purchase upon presentation of your original invoice or receipt.
- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the card used to make the original purchase.
- Purchases made with Paypal will be refunded to your account.
Refunds and exchanges can take up to 7 business days for processing.
RETURN BY POST
At H+Co returns are free of charge.
Just contact us via phone or email to request our post-paid address.
Package your items along with your returns form and sent it to us at the post-paid address provided.
(Please ensure all returns are sent via registered post and keep a copy of your tracking number, as we cannot be held liable for return parcels that do not arrive.)
RETURN TO SHOWROOM
Returns or exchanges of online purchases may be made in person at our showroom.
As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from H+Co. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure, you may seek a refund or exchange.
SALE ITEMS & MULTI-BUY OFFERS
All discounted products, including items purchased with promotion codes online, or part of a promotion instore or online, sale items and multi-buy offers are non-refundable for change of mind, unless received damaged, faulty or sent incorrectly.
We are pleased to offer exchanges for all items on promotion, sale or purchased as a multi-buy offer to the value of items returned or exchanged within a 14 day period from purchase.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund on the following items unless the item is faulty or where otherwise required by law:

- Made-to-measure and altered garments
- Sale items
