Talented head chef Ben Turner works different smoking techniques from around the world into four smoke-inspired courses, all matched to wines for the perfect accompaniment. Sample everything from a summery lager to a heavier stout across venues like Frankies Pizza, 4 Pines Brewing Company in Manly and The Royal Albert Hotel. With a range of free and ticketed events to keep everyone happy, it’s a great way to welcome the warmer months.
